I understand and agree that Pet Care Pretoria is not liable for any injury, illness, stress, allergic reaction, or death of my pet(s) while in their care.

I will not hold Pet Care Pretoria responsible for any damage or injury caused by my pet(s) to another animal, person, or property.

I understand that while all reasonable precautions are taken, animals can behave unpredictably and accidents may occur.

I have disclosed any medical or behavioral issues that may affect the care of my pet(s).

I understand that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
